  4.      The following tables present all the Macro and Key Commands
  5. supported by MC.COM and M2T.COM.  In addition to the listed
  6. commands, MPE4WP also recognizes the following commands:  {ALT x},
  7. where "x" is any "legal" character, {KEY MACRO n}, where "n" is the
  8. number of a KEY MACRO, {VAR n}, where "n" is a number from 0 to 9,
  9. {MACRO CMD n}, where "n" is the number of a Macro Command, and
  10. {KEY CMD n}, where "n" is the number of a Key Command.  (See the
  11. section entitled "XALT Keys" in the User Reference Guide for a
  12. discussion of "legal" characters.)  Please note that the asterisked
  13. commands will not be recognized by WordPerfect 5.0.  If you
  14. incorporate any of these commands in your source code, the
  15. WordPerfect 5.0 Macro Editor will interpret the command as
  16. {UNKNOWN}.  You should also be aware that WordPerfect Corporation
  17. adds commands from time to time.  For example, the command
  18. {OTHERWISE} was added with the August 20, 1990 release of
  19. WordPerfect 5.1.  If you attempt to use {OTHERWISE} with an earlier
  20. release, the WordPerfect 5.1 Macro Editor will interpret the command
  21. as {UNKNOWN}.  If you have any question as to whether your version
  22. of WordPerfect supports a particular command, retrieve COMMANDS.WPM
  23. into your Macro Editor.  If the notation {UNKNOWN} appears where
  24. your command ought to be, you know it is not supported.  If the
  25. command is supported it will appear in its customary bold form in
  26. the Macro Editor.  See the section entitled "Anti-Obsolescence" in
  27. the MPE4WP User Reference Guide, for information about using the
  28. notation {MACRO CMD n} and {KEY CMD n} to add new Macro and Key
  29. Commands that are not in these tables.

  74.                             Key Commands
  75.  
  76.      The following Key Commands are supported by MC and M2T.  At
  77. first glance, you may believe that some of the ^-key commands have
  78. been omitted.  The omitted keys have other functions.  For example,
  79. there is no {^H}.  In its stead, WordPerfect substitutes {Home}.
  80. Some of the Key Commands, such as {Shft F11}, {Shft F12}, and the
  81. other shifted F11 and F12 keys, have no discernible use.  Others
  82. like {Compose}, {INVALID}, and {Keyboard} are not supported when
  83. incorporated in WordPerfect macros.  They are presented here for
  84. completeness.  If you can find a use for these orphan commands, MC
  85. and M2T are prepared to assist.

  154. {Merge R}.  If you are writing macros for WordPerfect 5.0 use {End

  159. Files}.  If you are writing macros for WordPerfect 5.0 use {List} in
  160. your source code.  It will properly appear as {List Files} in the
  161. macro.

  163. ***** {Macro Commands} is technically a Macro Command, not a Key
  164. Command.  It is listed with the Key Commands because it is accessed
  165. by pressing a key (CTRL-PgUp).
